Josef <b>Fritzl</b>, who locked his daughter in a cellar for 24 years and fathered seven children with her, prepares to go on trial. Police say <b>Fritzl</b> lured Elisabeth into a cellar network he built under his apartment block in 1984. The case came to light in April 2008 when one of the three children locked in the cellar with Elisabeth became seriously ill. Joanna Partridge reports.
